Syriac Maronite Priest Found Murdered in Lebanon

Father Samir Daou, a Syriac Maronite priest serving parishes in the Jbeil District of Lebanon, was found murdered in his home in the village of Ain Jrain. The priest was reported missing after his mobile phone signal was lost on Wednesday afternoon, prompting search operations in the area.
