Far East Broadcasting Company Begins Construction on New Cambodian Ministry Center

The Far East Broadcasting Company (FEBC) has officially broken ground on a new ministry center in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The facility is designed to house production studios for radio, podcasts, and video content, serving the organization’s local ministry, Voice of Love. Construction is projected to last between 12 and 15 months.

This project follows a 2025 infrastructure expansion that included a new transmitter tower, which FEBC reports now provides radio coverage to approximately 80% of the Cambodian population. The new center aims to complement this reach by providing digital production capabilities and physical meeting spaces for listener engagement, training sessions, and collaboration with local churches and partner organizations.

FEBC leadership stated that the center is intended to foster personal connections with listeners, moving beyond broadcast-only interaction. The project is funded by donors, with additional technical and financial support provided by Northwestern Media. FEBC officials emphasized that the facility represents a strategic shift toward integrating traditional broadcasting with modern digital media and face-to-face ministry.
