YouVersion Releases Bible Loop App to Engage Teenagers Globally

YouVersion has officially launched Bible Loop, a mobile application specifically designed to help teenagers develop daily habits of Scripture reading and prayer. Following a successful initial testing phase in India, the app is now available worldwide in four languages and has already surpassed one million installations.

Developed in partnership with the youth-focused ministry OneHope, the app features tools tailored for adolescent users, including a verse memorization game with an anonymous leaderboard and a Daily Check-In feature. The latter allows users to log their emotional state to receive personalized devotional content. YouVersion founder and CEO Bobby Gruenewald stated that the app aims to support parents and youth leaders by providing a platform that encourages spiritual growth during a formative stage of life.

According to Gruenewald, the initiative aligns with YouVersion’s broader mission to reach people globally with the Bible. By focusing on the specific needs of teens, the organization hopes to foster long-term engagement with God’s Word.
