Solid Rock Church Dedicates Lux Mundi Statue in Ohio

On September 30, 2012, Solid Rock Church in Monroe, Ohio, officially dedicated the "Lux Mundi" statue of Jesus. The 62-foot-tall structure serves as a replacement for a previous monument at the site, which was destroyed after being struck by lightning in 2010.

The dedication of the statue is noted as a significant milestone in the history of the congregation. The event is currently being highlighted as part of a broader retrospective on Christian historical anniversaries, which also includes the historical appointment of Pope Damasus and the life of evangelist Charles Finney.
