Texas County Judge Urges Christians to Mobilize for Midterm Elections

Tarrant County Judge Tim O’Hare recently appeared on the “Wake Up Church” podcast to encourage Christians to participate in the upcoming November 3 midterm elections. During the discussion with Pastor Chris Cheema of Mercy Culture Church, O’Hare argued that voting is a moral imperative for believers who care about the future of the country and the ability to practice their faith freely. He urged listeners to support Republican candidates across the ballot and suggested that individuals should take personal responsibility for ensuring at least 50 people in their circles cast their votes.

O’Hare also spoke at a recent event hosted by For Liberty & Justice, a nonprofit organization based at Mercy Culture Church that trains candidates and activists to promote biblical values in local government. The organization has been active in supporting candidates for local school boards and city councils. O’Hare, who is currently running for re-election against Democratic challenger Alisa Simmons, emphasized that he believes the Church must be mobilized to prevent what he described as the loss of the American way of life.
