Sing! Conference to Focus on Biblical Literacy and Worship in Nashville

The Sing! Conference, founded by hymn writers Keith and Kristyn Getty, will return to Nashville’s Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center from September 7–9. Now in its tenth year, the event aims to gather pastors, theologians, and musicians to explore the theme “Symphony of Scripture.” Organizers intend to examine the Bible’s historical and cultural influence on worship and the arts, while emphasizing the importance of congregational singing as a means to internalize biblical truth.

This year’s gathering commemorates the 500th anniversary of William Tyndale’s English New Testament and the 25th anniversary of the English Standard Version Bible. Keith Getty noted that the conference seeks to help Christians “sing the Bible” in an era increasingly influenced by artificial intelligence. The three-day program will feature theological discussions, instructional sessions, and large-scale hymn sings. The opening day will include a full symphony orchestra, followed by performances from the Getty band, alongside the launch of the “Symphony of Scripture” project by Crossway.
