Ligonier Ministries Launches Initiative to Address Spiritual Warfare

Ligonier Ministries has announced a new outreach initiative aimed at equipping Christians to engage with spiritual realities in an increasingly secular culture. The organization emphasizes the importance of maintaining a biblical perspective on the spiritual realm, particularly during the month of October, which they argue often trivializes demonic themes through seasonal entertainment. Drawing on Ephesians 6:12 and James 4:7, the ministry encourages believers to remain sober-minded and watchful against spiritual opposition.

As part of this effort, the ministry is promoting the teachings of the late Dr. R.C. Sproul, specifically his book 'Unseen Realities,' to help readers understand the impact of the spiritual world on daily life. To increase accessibility to these theological resources, Ligonier Ministries has made over 170 of Dr. Sproul’s teaching series, totaling more than 1,400 messages, available for free streaming. The organization states that these resources are intended to fortify the global church by providing clear biblical instruction on the holiness of God and the gospel message.
