Pro-life activist Anastasia Rogers sees charges dismissed in San Francisco

Pro-life activist Anastasia Rogers recently announced that all charges against her, filed under California’s Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, have been dismissed. Rogers was arrested in December 2025 following a 14-second video she filmed while performing sidewalk counseling outside a San Francisco Planned Parenthood clinic. Prosecutors had alleged that the footage was intended to intimidate clinic staff, leading to a trial that ended in a hung jury.

Reflecting on the year-long legal process, Rogers stated that the dismissal of the case and the lifting of a protective order that had restricted her outreach activities were evidence that “God had other plans.” She expressed gratitude for her legal representation by the Life Legal Defense Foundation and credited her victory to divine faithfulness. Rogers continues to advocate for her cause, encouraging supporters to pray for both the women visiting abortion clinics and the unborn.
