SPCK Named Publisher of the Year at 2026 Christian Resources Together Awards

The Society for Promoting Christian Knowledge (SPCK) received the Publisher of the Year award at the 2026 Christian Resources Together ceremony. The organization also secured several individual book honors, including Audiobook of the Year for Harry Clark’s 'Staying Faithful,' Biography of the Year for Emma Fowle’s 'All The Times You Were Not There,' and Christian Life Book of the Year for John Lennox’s 'God, AI and The End of History.'

This recognition follows a period of significant growth for the publisher, which became Britain’s largest Christian publisher after acquiring Lion Hudson in 2021. Earlier this month, SPCK expanded its international reach by acquiring the U.S.-based publisher William B. Eerdmans. CEO Sam Richardson stated that the award reflects the group's commitment to publishing works that engage with contemporary cultural conversations and equip Christian readers globally. Richardson credited the success to the collaborative efforts of the authors, the SPCK staff, and the booksellers who distribute their titles.
