RJ Mitte, the actor best known for his role as Walter White Jr. in the television series Breaking Bad, has died at the age of 34. A spokesperson confirmed that the actor passed away by suicide on Monday in Brownsville, Texas. Beyond his acting career, Mitte was widely recognized for his advocacy work regarding disability rights.
Following his passing, celebrity evangelist Dylan Novak shared details of a conversation he had with Mitte at a comic convention in May 2026. During their interaction, Mitte identified himself as a Christian and spoke about his upbringing, noting the spiritual influence of his mother and grandmother.
